About Me

Hi, I’m Amanda Cahill — founder of WanderWise and passionate advocate for purpose-driven travel.

I specialize in creating intentional travel experiences for curious explorers who crave deeper connection, cultural immersion, and meaningful adventure. Whether it’s an Antarctic expedition, a small-group journey through Egypt, or a winter escape to the Caribbean, I design trips that go far beyond the brochure.

At WanderWise, we believe travel should be a force for good — for the traveler, the destination, and the wider world. That belief is at the heart of Sea the Future, our charitable initiative inspired by my husband’s cancer journey. A portion of every WanderWise group trip helps fund this mission, which supports patients at the Phelps Cancer Center in the Berkshires, providing moments of hope, dignity, and joy during incredibly difficult times.
